Buying or Selling....working with Amy was so easy, she is very detailed in her business. She kept us updated on what we needed to do and when it needed to be completed. She handled all the things that came up or changed. Very easy to get ahold of and very responsive to any and all questions. She offers so much that frankly none of the other agents mentioned. For example, she brought in a home stager to walk through our house and make suggestions to streamline it. We were told we could do as much or as little as we wanted & we followed the suggestions. Our house went under contract in less than 24 hours. Another thing Amy offers is a professional photographer to take pictures and a video of your house. She doesn’t just whip out her cell phone and take pictures willy nilly. These are services she does for you, with the commission that you would already be paying. Amy is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional and patient. We changed directions often during our quest for a new home and she was there every step of they way. Amy was always positive, willing to get any information we needed and became our local "eyes and ears" during the final finishing phase of the new construction home we purchased. Where to begin?! A little back story: I was relocating with my company from another state so I knew nothing about the area. This was also my first home purchase. Amy Lensing is a fantastic realtor to work with in the home purchasing process. From phone calls multiple times a week to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home, to answering all my questions about the area, to reviewing each step up to closing. Amy goes above and beyond! She looked at over 16 homes with me in two weeks in order for me to stick to a tight deadline of when I needed to close. This was happening all right before the holidays and all the paperwork in the background getting finalized during the holiday. I am so grateful for her and she helped me find the most gorgeous house beyond my dreams.
